Great! This portafilter makes excellent espresso and has an attractive design. However, we are concerned about the slim and delicate filter. We wonder how long it will last before it starts to wear out. Ikape claims that the bottom is sturdy, but the filter doesn't appear to be as durable. If we compare the Ikape portafilter to the Persado High-extract basket, it becomes clear that the Persado has an advantage. While the extraction quality is similar for both products, the Persado basket is replaceable, unlike the Ikape filter. This makes it harder to justify choosing the Ikape if you already own a portafilter. 🤔
The portafilter is nice but despite the assurance it does not fit in my Decent machine
Really top, it’s quite heavy and well built, I’m a little bit concerned about the mesh, it cleaned well so far but if it gets damaged it becomes useless. So far I pulled one espresso with it and it was really good
This portafilter is one of a kind, it has a cool look to it and unlike other regular portafilter, it has a one piece powder bowl that is stronger and more substantial to hold and matches my coffee maker. After using it, I get a nice espresso every time and it makes me happy every day.
